First, take a pen, and a small white sticker.

On the sticker you write the words “your signature”. This is then stuck onto the face of a thumb tip.

Into this you place a folded bill, say a ten pound note. however before you fold this bill, you write your own signature on it.

Now, In order for this to work, you need at least 2 people. Preferably two who don’t know each other that well.

You borrow a bill from person A, making sure that it is of a lower denomination than your prepared bill.

You ask person A to sign their bill. You then take it, and perform what ever bill switch you use, changing it into the higher bill. Straight away, you give this bill to person B, pointing out that it is signed. Then, show the bill to person A. cover the false signature with your thumb, and say in a confident manner…” this must be your bill, because that is your signature isn’t it!”

Person a will see the sticker with the words your signature, and will have no choice other than to say yes. As an added incentive he will also take the bill, and keep his mouth shut, because they go away with a higher bill than they arrived.

They would be silly to do otherwise.
