Proving the Impossible
by Fernando Trindade Borrow a bill Pick the bill and when heading back to stage remember that the spectator could actually sign the bill. Watch a book lying on your table. That book can have a thin cover page, with another bill under a piece of carbon paper. By means of giving a pencil to the spectator to sign or a very light pen, he is forced to exercise some extra strength on the signature therefore passing it to the new bill. Exchange the bill when placing the book away Proceed to finale with your favourite pattern. Notes: - The use of a pencil or of a black light pen will let the spectator fail to distinguish the original ink from the carbon copy one. - We can actually ask ANOTHER spectator to sign the bill and show the signature from a distance when giving the note back to it’s new owner.
