Inspired by the work of Jerry Sadowitz and John Bannon, here is another approach to the whispering cards plot.
Have the deck shuffled and upon return spread the deck face up and strip out the queens, taking the oppurtunity to glimpse and remember the top 3 cards. Table the deck and display the face up queens, then do a half pass of the lower queen as you square up. Place the queen packet onto the table. Pick up the deck and force the top 3 cards in one hit and table them in a row left to right. The lift shuffle force from Royal road will work nicely here and gets the job done.

Pick up the queens from above and wave them over the first selection, do the whisper bit and then reveal. Turn this card face up to confirm. Place this selection face up on top of the queens. Repeat the above for the second selection.

Direct attention to the 3rd selection as you casually flash the lower queen, then do your whispering divination and place this 3rd selection face up on top of the packet you are holding.

Final phase: Push over two singles to show 3 face up selections, then apparrently turn them face down, really executing Herb Zarrows block addition move, doing a block push off and turnover of everything above the bottom card. Deal off 3 face down cards to the table.

Reverse count the 4 card packet in your hands and then turn over the top card to show a queen. Place this card onto the 3 cards on the table and pause. Then do a through the fist flourish of the packet in hand followed by a one hand fan to show that the selections have jumped to your hand.

Turn over packet on the table to reveal those mysterious whispering good-time girls!

Notes: Of course, you could have the 3 force cards preset with easy to remember cards. If you go this route you could even hold these cards out as you strip out the queens and hand the deck to the spectator to shuffle.
